Job Duties
- Develop and execute a content strategy to increase Quest & Smartbanc visibility across digital platforms.
- Manage and regularly update Quest and Smartbanc social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn).
- Create engaging photo, video, and written content highlighting school activities, student achievements, and impact stories.
- Cover key school events for documentation and promotion.
- Design flyers, banners, newsletters, and digital campaigns to support outreach and fundraising efforts.
- Monitor engagement analytics and adjust content strategy accordingly.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone across all media.
- Collaborate with relevant departments (eg faculty, advisory) for timely content delivery.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Marketing, or related fields
- 1 - 2 years proven experience managing social media for a brand or organization.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (eg Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.).
- Basic photography and video editing skills.
- Strong writing and storytelling ability.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Passion for education, youth development, or social impact is a plus.
