Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR).
3+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Proven experience in employee relations, recruitment, training, performance management, and compliance.
