Job Summary




  • The Corporate Finance and Financial Reporting Manager plays a key role in managing the financial strategy, planning, and reporting functions of the organization.

  • This includes leading corporate finance activities, ensuring regulatory compliance in financial reporting, and providing strategic financial insights to support business decisions.



Key Responsibilities




  • Lead and oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

  • Manage corporate finance activities such as capital raising, investment appraisals, and risk analysis.

  • Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Deliver accurate and timely financial statements and reports.

  • Provide financial insights to support strategic planning and decision-making.

  • Liaise with internal and external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.

  • Lead finance team members and support capacity development.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CPA) preferred.

  • 10 Years strong experience in financial reporting and corporate finance roles.

  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.

  • In-depth understanding of industry trends and regulatory frameworks.
