The Corporate Finance and Financial Reporting Manager plays a key role in managing the financial strategy, planning, and reporting functions of the organization.
This includes leading corporate finance activities, ensuring regulatory compliance in financial reporting, and providing strategic financial insights to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Manage corporate finance activities such as capital raising, investment appraisals, and risk analysis.
Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements.
Deliver accurate and timely financial statements and reports.
Provide financial insights to support strategic planning and decision-making.
Liaise with internal and external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
Lead finance team members and support capacity development.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CPA) preferred.
10 Years strong experience in financial reporting and corporate finance roles.
Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
In-depth understanding of industry trends and regulatory frameworks.
