Job Description






Purpose




  • To ensure efficient management of the Group insurance portfolio, support efficient management of company’s rental income and prompt settlement of statutory levies and rents.



The Job




  • Assist to process claims documentation, ensuring timely submission and completeness of evidence to insurers.

  • Follow up with insurance providers on claim statuses and escalate unresolved issues for prompt resolution.

  • Maintain a log of all claims, settlements, and ongoing cases to ensure data accuracy and reporting efficiency.

  • Monthly Reconciliation of prepayment schedule and claims receivable account.

  • Preparation of prepayment schedules for FMN and its entities.

  • Set-up of Monthly periodic journals.

  • Proper record of Maintenance expense and provide support to the insurance officer on the management of the company property.

  • Prompt payment processing of all government levies.



Qualifications and Experience




  • OND in Accounting or any other related discipline.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools will be an added advantage.

  • Minimum of  2 years’ cognate experience.

  • Take initiative and be proactive.
