What You’ll Be Doing




  • Hitting - and surpassing - sales targets with confidence and consistency.

  • Hunting new business in the oil & gas, power, and industrial sectors.

  • Building lasting relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.

  • Crafting winning pitches, proposals, and presentations.

  • Identifying market trends and staying ahead of industry developments



You Should Have




  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, Engineering, or related field.

  • A 5+ years professional/career background in business development, sales, or client relations (oil & gas or engineering services experience (Compulsory)

  • Evidential Sales Target Achievements via identified prospects.

  • Strong industry connections and market insight.

  • A confident communicator who can close deals and open minds.

  • Self-motivation, strategic thinking, and a result-oriented mindset.



Experience




  • Sales and Business Development: 5 years (Required)

  • Oil and Gas Bid and Tender: 3 years (Required)

  • Target Achievement: 5 years (Required)
