Job Summary

• The successful candidate will support the broader Engineering team, and provide technical expertise in risk assessment and loss prevention across various sectors, primarily in upstream and downstream oil, gas, and petrochemical industries.


• This is a full-time on-site role in Lagos.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site risk surveys and prepare detailed loss control reports


• Evaluate operational and safety systems to identify potential risks


• Provide expert recommendations to help clients reduce exposures


• Work closely with client engineering teams to explain technical findings


• Use modeling tools to simulate riskscenarios and support decision-making


• Deliver training and offer technical input to support claims and underwriting


• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements

Qualifications & Skills

• Candidates should possess a Degree in Engineering


• Experience in oil & gas or risk assessment


• Strong analytical & report writing skills


• Risk modeling tool proficiency 


• NSE/COREN membership (a plus)
