Job Description



We are hiring a passionate and experienced Area Sales Manager to increase sales within an assigned geographical area and guide a team of Trade Executives.




Responsibilities:



  • Devise and implement strategies and activities that would enhance sales in assigned territory.

  • Conduct regular market visits to search for new opportunities in order to increase sales in assigned territory.

  • To provide timely weekly/monthly sales reports & forecasts for the assigned territory.

  • Plan and deliver the monthly sales targets for assigned territory.

  • Achieve availability of products at retailer’s outlets.

  • Ensure optimization of team effort towards the achievement of set objectives.

  • Supervise, coach and train team to better sell and merchandize products in your portfolio.


Requirements:



  • Minimum of HND with 5 years’ sales experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG).

  • Territory Management Skills (customer/outlet mapping, call/route plan, volume planning, NND, Market Analysis).

  • Proficiency in customer relationship management.

  • Must possess good analytical and computing skills.

  • Proficiency in Information tracking, Sales analytics and power point presentation.

  • Excellent negotiation skills
