Responsibilities

Client Consultation & Diagnosis:

• Conduct thorough consultations to assess scalp and hair conditions.


• Diagnose issues such as hair loss, dandruff, alopecia, and scalp disorders.


• Recommend treatment plans and monitor progress over time.

Treatment & Care:

• Provide in-house trichology treatments using Mara Cruiz Organics products.


• Customize treatment plans to suit individual client needs.


• Offer nutritional, lifestyle, and product advice to support hair health.

Product Development & Testing:

• Collaborate with R & D on the formulation of new hair care products.


• Test and evaluate the efficacy of products from a trichological perspective.

Client Education & Support:

• Educate clients on hair care routines, product usage, and scalp health.


• Provide follow-up care and support to ensure long-term results.

Team Collaboration:

• Work alongside cosmetologists, wellness therapists, and product specialists.


• Train staff on basic scalp analysis and product application.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of client assessments and treatments.


• Report trends and observations to management for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND or OND qualification with 1 - 4 years work experience.
