Responsibilities

Sales:




  • Promote and sell Mara Cruiz Organics products across multiple channels (in-store, online, and B2B).

  • Identify new sales opportunities and follow up on leads and referrals.

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Participate in product promotions, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of product knowledge to effectively educate customers.



Customer Care:




  • Provide excellent customer service through calls, emails, social media, and in-person interactions.

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, returns, and feedback promptly and professionally.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and follow-up.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

  • Collect and relay customer feedback to relevant departments to help improve product and service quality.
