Your core focus will be demand generation — visiting hospitals, pharmacies, clinics, and distributors to increase product awareness, gather market intelligence, and build strong customer relationships that lead to sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote our pharmaceutical products to pharmacies, hospitals, and other healthcare outlets.
- Generate demand by educating clients on product benefits, usage, and positioning.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, doctors, pharmacists, and distributors.
- Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads to expand the customer base.
- Monitor competitors’ activities and provide market intelligence reports.
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on field messaging.
- Attend field activations, product launches, and marketing events as required.
- Submit timely field activity reports on customer feedback, field activity, and sales trends.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field (Microbiology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Pharmacology, or related fields).
- 3–5 years of experience in field sales, marketing, or demand generation (pharmaceutical experience is an added advantage).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for growth and customer engagement.
- Must know how to drive and possess a valid driver’s license
