Our client, a Civil Engineering and Construction Management Company which specializes in all Civil Engineering works i.e., Building Construction, is desirous of filling the role below.

Location: Lekki, Lagos

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Experience in ensuring that projects are executed within legislative, terms of contract and company requirements.


• Supervise the project for smooth running of ongoing construction on the site according to specifications of the project as directed


• Plan, make requests, implement and ensure plans are reported/retired.


• Experience in overseeing building works.


• Familiar with setting out sites and organizing facilities.


• Experience in supervising contract staff from start to completion of the project.


• Able to ensure projects meets agreed specifications, budgets or timescales.


• Able to interpret structural drawings, provide technical advice and solving problems on site.


• Ensuring that health and safety policies are adhered to.


• In-depth understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles

REQUIREMENT

• Degree in Civil Engineering and Building Technology with minimum of 5 years in construction post NYSC experience.


• Must have experience in high rises construction.


• Certifications is an added advantage.
