Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND / OND or SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with at least 2 years work experience.


• Experience in microwave transmission systems and rigging.


• Knowledge of RF and wireless communication principles


• Conduct a pre-installation site survey to confirm line-of-sight (LOS) and obstructions.


• Verify the tower structure and ensure it meets load-bearing requirements.


• Install microwave antennas, waveguides, and transmission lines ontelecom towers.


• Align microwave dishes for optimal signal


• Diagnose and resolve signal issues, interference, or hardware faults.


• Should follow all the quality requirements


• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.


• Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations while working at heights


• Ability to work at heights and handle rigging equipment.


• Familiarity with test instruments like spectrumanalysers and power meters


• Certification in Working at Heights, Tower Climbing, or Rigging.


• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
