Supervise and lead, motivate, and train sales teams to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Analyse market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify opportunities and challenges.
Maintaining accurate sales records, and ensuring that orders for bread are completed on time.
Managing existing customer relationships, building relationships with new prospective customers, responding to all incoming leads, and meeting/ satisfying customer requests and needs.
Develop strategic plans to deliver on sales targets to grow overall business within existing accounts and pursue business relationships with expansion customers to generate new business.

Requirements
Education: OND, HND in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years sales experience of working for a bakery or similar establishment in Agbara and Environs.
