We are looking to hire a General Manager to oversee all Real Estate operations from land acquisition to Project delivery operations, and sales integration ensuring alignment with company growth goals.
GM supervises departmental heads, drives growth initiatives, enforces policy compliance, and ensures effective coordination across sales, marketing, administration, finance, and project teams.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute short and long-term business strategies aligned with company goals
Provide leadership and direction to all departments to ensure operational efficiency and profitability.
Analyse industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to guide business decisions.
Approve budgets, allocate resources, and manage cost controls across departments.
Oversee marketing and property development strategies to ensure effective brand positioning
Ensure all operations comply with real estate laws, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
Manage company risks, contracts, and legal obligations.
Ensures proper documentation, licenses, and permits for projects and property transactions.
Analyse financial statements and ensure fiscal health of the business.
Job Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Management, or related field
3–5 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a preferably in the real estate sector
Deep understanding of real estate business models, market trends, and regulations.
Financial literacy and experience with budgeting and performance management.
Ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive results.
