Our candidate is seeking a high-performing, mid-level Sales Executive with a strong background in account management and a proven track record of closing deals.

Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of leads and opportunities already in the pipeline and convert them into successful deals.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Manage the end-to-end sales process: from prospect engagement to contract signing.
Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure customer success.
Follow up rigorously and creatively with leads and prospects.
Maintain accurate sales records and report progress to leadership.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
5+ years of sales experience with a strong focus on deal closure and account management.
Industry experience (e.g., tech, construction, B2B) is a plus
Demonstrated ability to take ownership of leads and close mid- to high-value deals.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience using CRM tools and managing a sales pipeline.
Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
