  • Our candidate is seeking a high-performing, mid-level Sales Executive with a strong background in account management and a proven track record of closing deals.

  • The ideal candidate is someone who can take ownership and deals to closure.



Key Responsibilities




  • Take ownership of leads and opportunities already in the pipeline and convert them into successful deals.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

  • Manage the end-to-end sales process: from prospect engagement to contract signing.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure customer success.

  • Follow up rigorously and creatively with leads and prospects.

  • Maintain accurate sales records and report progress to leadership.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

  • 5+ years of sales experience with a strong focus on deal closure and account management.

  • Industry experience (e.g., tech, construction, B2B) is a plus

  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of leads and close mid- to high-value deals.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience using CRM tools and managing a sales pipeline.

  • Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset.

  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

  • Ownership, resilience, and persistence are non-negotiables.
