Responsibilities




  • Develop, implement, and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the resort’s services and facilities across digital and traditional channels.

  • Manage the resort’s online presence, including the official website, social media platforms, and OTA (Online Travel Agency) listings, ensuring consistent branding and engaging content.

  • Plan and oversee offline marketing activities such as events, promotions, partnerships, and local media relations to boost brand awareness and guest attendance.

  • Collaborate closely with departments, including operations, sales, and food & beverage, to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business objectives.

  • Lead the creation and management of marketing materials, advertising campaigns, and promotional collateral.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools to optimize marketing effectiveness.

  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and return on investment.

  • Build and maintain relationships with local media, influencers, corporate clients, travel agents, and other stakeholders.

  • Conduct competitive set analysis regularly to keep the resort’s offerings competitive and attractive.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

  • Represent the resort at trade fairs, tourism events, and community promotions.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business; having an MSc will be an added advantage.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.

  • Proven expertise in both online (digital marketing, social media) and offline marketing strategies.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication skills, including fluency in English; knowledge of local vernacular languages is an advantage.

  • Experience working with external agencies (PR, creative, media buying) and managing partnerships.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with marketing analytics tools.

  • Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing and developing a marketing team.

  • Proficiency in marketing software, tools, and analytics platforms (Mailchimp, Google Analytics, etc.).
