  • As the Business Development Executive of Andster Engineering you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth for the company. 

  • You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and maximizing sales opportunities in target markets.



Key Responsibilities




  • Identify and research potential business opportunities in target industries, markets, and geographic regions.

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers in target companies.

  • Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to develop customized solutions and proposals for clients.

  • Lead the negotiation and closing of business deals, contracts, and partnerships.

  • Track and report on sales metrics, performance indicators, and business development activities.

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and generate leads.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities.



Qualifications




  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

  • 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
