Job Description




  • We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to the Managing Director with expertise in legal matters and business development within the real estate industry.

  • The ideal candidate will possess the ability to drive business development initiatives, manage all legal affairs, ensure statutory and regulatory compliance, and provide strategic support to the MD.

  • The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role and relevant educational qualifications.



Responsibilities




  • Manage all legal matters, contracts, and agreements on behalf of the company.

  • Drive business development strategies and initiatives to expand the company's real estate portfolio.

  • Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements in the real estate sector.

  • Provide legal guidance and advice to the MD and senior management team.

  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support decision-making processes.

  • Assist in the negotiation and structuring of complex real estate transactions.

  • Coordinate with external legal counsel and regulatory authorities as needed.

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance legal and operational efficiency.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence related to legal and business development matters.

  • Support the MD in various administrative and strategic functions as required.



Requirements




  • Bachelor's Degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field; additional legal qualifications preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal and business development roles within the real estate industry.

  • Strong knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and industry practices.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proven track record of driving business growth and development initiatives.

  • Proficiency in legal research, contract drafting, and compliance management.
