Responsibilities

• Assessing swimmers' abilities and skill levels before establishing training programs.


• Developing and implementing training programs aimed at improving technique, stroke placement, speed, and style.


• Teaching new swimming styles and strokes.


• Educating swimmers about water safety and conducting lifesaving training sessions.


• Utilizing a variety of activities to enhance water confidence.


• Recording training sessions to analyze strokes and techniques, as well as to monitor progress.


• Setting training goals and objectives for both teams and individual swimmers.


• Teaching and perfecting essential skills such as flips, kicks, body rolls, floating, and breath control.


• Ensuring that the pool or training area is clean, well-maintained, and free of hazards.


• Scouting swimmers and preparing both teams and individuals for swim meets. 

Requirements 

• Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree with relevant experienece.
