  • We are looking for a smart, Pro-active and creative individual to join our team as a Marketing Officer. 

  • This role is ideal for an individual with a minimum of 2 years proven experience in marketing (preferably in the financial services, fintech, or banking sector).



Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns (online and offline) aligned with company goals.

  • Identify new market opportunities and customer segments to drive business growth.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients and partners.

  • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis.

  • Generate leads through performance marketing, email funnels, and audience targeting.

  • Collaborate with the sales, compliance, and operations team to align marketing initiatives.

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with partners and clients.

  • Support the planning and execution of events, webinars, and promotional activities.



Qualifications




  • Minimum of BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or any other related field from any reputable university

  • Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in a similar marketing role, preferably within fintech, banking or financial services.

  • Demonstrated experience creating and executing successful marketing campaigns (digital and traditional).
