Job Summary

• We are hiring a Safety Officer to oversee and ensure compliance with safety protocols in our manufacturing operations.


• The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing safety policies, conducting training, identifying risks, and promoting a culture of safety in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce safety standards across the factory floor and offices.


• Conduct regular risk assessments and safety inspections.


• Train employees on workplace safety procedures and emergency protocols.


• Investigate and report incidents, accidents, or near-misses.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in Occupational Health, Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.


• 2+ years of experience in safety management within a manufacturing or industrial environment.


• Knowledge of HSE laws and compliance standards.


• Relevant certifications are a strong advantage.


• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
