We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Store Officer to manage and oversee inventory related to electrical engineering spares.
The ideal candidate must have strong organizational skills, hands-on experience with inventory software, and be proficient in using Excel Pivot Tables for data management and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage receipt, storage, and issuance of electrical engineering spares and materials.
Maintain accurate records of stock levels, movements, and stock adjustments.
Create and update inventory records using spreadsheets and inventory management systems.
Prepare regular stock reports using Microsoft Excel, with advanced skills in Pivot Tables for data analysis and reporting.
Requirements
Minimum of HND, B.ENG in Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
2+ years proven experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or similar roles, preferably handling electrical spares.
Strong knowledge of electrical parts and materials.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel — ability to create and manage Pivot Tables is mandatory.
