Job Description
Purpose
- The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) holds ultimate responsibility for the organization's marketing activities and oversees the development and delivery of a fully integrated marketing strategy across our brands in all our markets. The individual is responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of all our brands' marketing strategies, GTM plans, marketing communications, NPDs, and public relations activities, both external and internal and play a key role in the success of the company.
- He/she will oversee the development and implementation of all support materials and services for our brands outlets, manage pricing, own CRM, lead situational modeling and performance tracking for all brands, product mix, strategic planning, continue to drive market growth and expansion via insight & data-driven strategies, overall leadership of digital marketing & other progressive ROI-driven marketing channels.
Compulsory Requirements
- 12 - 15 years of professional marketing experience of which 5+ years of experience in a brand/product management in an FMCG, QSR or retail-based organization is desired.
Additional Requirements
Experience / Education Required:
- Energetic and intuitive marketing strategist with exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Proven ability to identify opportunities and deliver effective strategies to generate results. Experienced in strategic marketing planning, branding, and product development. Adept in online and traditional marketing, and highly skilled in visual communications.
- 12 - 15 years of professional marketing experience of which 5+ years of experience in a brand/product management in an FMCG, QSR or retail-based organization is desired.
- Prior experience working at a Retail Brand with sophisticated direct mail programs, direct marketing agencies or with a hospitality and or restaurant brand a plus.
- Familiarity with agencies specializing in data warehousing, business intelligence or analytics and modeling services a plus.
- Skilled in direct response marketing with ability to craft integrated marketing strategies across all channels and touch points, including website, print communications, online communications and
- direct mail.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization comfortably.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with varying priority at one time -to deliver results on time and under budget.
