Responsibilities




  • Manage a portfolio of key clients across industries, ensuring all Transfer Pricing projects are delivered timely, accurately, and profitably.

  • Oversee the preparation and review of Transfer Pricing documentation (Local Files, Master Files, CbCR) in line with Nigerian TP Regulations and OECD standards.

  • Lead TP audits, dispute resolutions with the Tax Authorities.

  • Lead cross-border TP engagements across Africa, liaising with network firms and regional tax teams.

  • Provide strategic support to clients during Mutual Agreement Procedures (MAP) and APA negotiations.

  • Advise clients on managing TP exposures, controversy strategies, and risk mitigation in transactions and restructurings.



Qualifications




  • Bachelor's degree (B.Sc., B.A.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in any discipline.

  • Membership of ICAN, ACCA, or CITN.

  • Minimum of six (6) years of relevant work experience in Transfer Pricing.

  • Good logical reasoning, problem solving and analytical skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in the use of transfer pricing tools and databases.
