- Attending to share registration and account maintenance requests from clients.
- Attending to all account opening request in a timely manner and according to the laid down processes.
- Providing error free and timely information to clients.
- Ensure effective and efficient execution of special Share Registration Services. The services include processing of e-mandate form, collection of full dematerialization form for direct lodgment of outstanding shares and other registrar related request.
- Timely reconciliation of client’s portfolio position with CSCS position and update of position on the core application, Infoware.
Qualifications
- BSc in related field
- Professional Certification is an added advantage.
Experience Required
- Experience in the Capital market industry and share registration operations.
