Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mid-Level Associate located in Lekki.


• The Mid-Level Associate will be responsible for providing legal support on various transactions, drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting due diligence, and advising clients on legal matters.


• The role involves collaborating with other team members to deliver high-quality transactional advisory services and developing innovative legal solutions for clients.

Qualifications

• 3-5 Years post-call corporate commercial experience from a reputable law firm


• Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial legal services, including Energy, finance, and capital markets


• Core Transaction Experience in 2 or more of the following practice areas: Energy (Oil & Gas, Power), Infrastructure, Real Estate & Construction, Infrastructure, ESG, M&A, Africa Trade, Technology Innovation & Data Privacy, Capital Markets & Derivatives, Climate/ Clean Energy & Sustainable Finance, Private Equity, Corporate & Concierge Services.


• Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents


• Analytical and research skills, with attention to detail


• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
