About the Role:




  • Our client, a major player in the plastic manufacturing industry, is seeking a results-driven Sales Development Manager to lead and optimize their regional sales operations. This role is critical in driving revenue growth through strategic dealer acquisition, performance monitoring, and sales team development. The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales leader with a proven track record of developing successful sales pipelines and ensuring compliance across multiple regions.



Core Responsibilities:




  • Ensure the sales pipeline is consistently filled with high-quality dealers, leading to sustainable revenue growth

  • Monitor and enforce compliance with company standards on Dealer Grade Ratio across all regions

  • Ensure adherence to the Dealer-to-Sales Rep ratio as defined by company policy

  • Analyze and monitor performance metrics for all sales representatives to identify areas for improvement

  • Provide leadership, coaching, and strategic direction to the sales team across regions



Qualifications, Experience & Skills:




  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a managerial sales role

  • Strong experience in customer relationship management (CRM) systems

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills

  • Previous experience in the manufacturing or plastic industry is a plus
