About the Role:
- Our client, a major player in the plastic manufacturing industry, is looking to hire experienced Sales Zonal Managers to oversee and drive sales performance within key regions across Nigeria. This role requires individuals with strong leadership capabilities, a deep understanding of regional markets, and a proven track record in managing teams and dealer networks.
Core Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales target and manage dealer’s sales performance
- Preparation of reports on Target vs. actual achievement, customer- wise and product-wise as assigned for the region on weekly/ monthly basis.
- Co-ordinate with National Sales Coordinator to agree on the allocation of each product for availability within an agreed time frame with customer.
- Market feedback – price, competition and new product developments.
- Promote sales through agreed marketing strategy.
- Develop new customer base.
- Maintain cordial relationship between the company and the dealer
- Continuous reporting on sales achievement, competitive actions and market related issues.
Qualifications, Experience and /skill
- Bachelor degree Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience at managerial level
- Good customer relationship manager (CRM)
- Good analytical and communication skills
