Key Responsibilities

• Prepare manual price submissions and request price quotes from Fiori for price collection requests, and prepare Price Quotes upon receiving quotation requests.


• Process application and flavor samples for courier dispatch, prepare sample submission letters, and organize and consolidate customer information and data in ATLAS.


• Use SAP SRM Production Web Portal to create shopping carts, obtain purchase order numbers, and record goods receipts.


• Run sales reports using SAP Self Service Reporting (SPIRE/Web Intelligence) and Qlik Sense, and raise Master Data Management requests.


• Open projects, raise Action Reports in ATLAS, order trial samples for customers, and support ACM in project entry on ATLAS when they are traveling.


• Provide system training to new joiners and schedule refresher training for ACM on ATLAS/QLIKSENSE quarterly.

You Bring

• First degree certificate with 2 years’ experience in a commercial assistant role.


• Experience in the food and beverage industry is highly desirable.


• Familiarity with SAP or ATLAS systems is a must have.


• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
