We're seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Officer cum Accountant to serve as the first point of contact for our clients, managing diagnostic inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Register clients on our EMR system and manage result collection
Handle phone calls and test appointments
Inform clients about payment methods, verify payments, and provide service information
Collect necessary client information and provide service details
Manage customer complaints and create memorable experiences
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in a relevant field
3-4 years of experience in customer-facing roles (hospital or hotel industry experience is an added advantage)
Excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
