Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to hotel standards and guest preferences.
Suggest and craft specialty cocktails or recommend drinks based on customer preferences.
Ensure proper garnishing and presentation of beverages.
Greet guests warmly and engage in friendly, professional conversations.
Take and serve drink orders efficiently and accurately.
Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or complaints promptly.
Process payments via cash, credit/debit cards, or hotel room charges.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions.
Balance cash registers and ensure proper billing at the end of shifts.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar, equipment, and workstations.
Monitor and restock bar supplies, including liquor, mixers, and glassware.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol regulations.
Assist in organizing bar events, promotions, and special theme nights.
Collaborate with kitchen and restaurant staff to provide seamless service.
Follow responsible alcohol service policies to ensure guest safety.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess an OND with 3 years experience.
