Location: Abuja, Nigeria

Salary: ₦250,000 – ₦300,000 Monthly (Net)



We are seeking a high-performing Enterprise Sales Executive (Connectivity Consultant) to drive business growth and client acquisition in the enterprise connectivity space. This role requires a strategic and consultative approach to sales, from identifying leads to closing deals, while working closely with internal teams to deliver effective, tailored network solutions.



Key Responsibilities



Sales Strategy & Execution




  • Identify and secure new enterprise clients.

  • Design and implement effective sales plans.

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.



Client Engagement




  • Conduct consultations to assess enterprise connectivity needs.

  • Present customized solutions to key decision-makers.

  • Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships.



Sales Operations & Forecasting




  • Manage the full sales lifecycle (proposals, quotations, negotiation, closure).

  • Maintain accurate sales metrics and forecasts.

  • Address client inquiries, issues, and post-sale support needs.



Technical & Market Insight




  • Stay informed on connectivity trends, technologies, and competitors.

  • Provide expert advice on appropriate networking solutions.

  • Collaborate with technical teams for seamless solution delivery.



Internal Collaboration




  • Partner with marketing, technical, and support teams.

  • Maintain detailed sales and client interaction records in CRM.



Requirements & Qualifications




  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in enterprise IT or solution sales.

  • Strong knowledge of networking, internet connectivity, and telecom solutions.

  • Proven success in meeting/exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Relevant professional certifications (sales, networking) are a plus.
