We are looking for a smart and proactive female intern (preferably currently serving NYSC) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, DMs, social media messages, and phone calls across all our communication platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer messages, DMs, emails, and calls.
- Provide accurate information and assistance regarding our services/products.
- Escalate issues or feedback to the appropriate team members when needed.
- Help manage and monitor our social media pages.
- Maintain a friendly and helpful tone when engaging with customers.
Requirements:
- Must be a current NYSC corps member or eligible intern.
- Good written and spoken communication skills.
- Polite, patient, and professional attitude.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
- Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
