Job Description
DUTIES:
- Carry out data collation and entry.
- Perform data collation and pictorial presentation.
- Carry out post-service follow-up of every service and/or maintenance.
- Conduct customer prospecting, acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
- Carry out material/parts requisition and appointment scheduling.
- Perform any other job-related tasks as may be assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
QUALIFICATION:
- National Diploma in Business Administration, Public Administration Mass Communication and any other social science course with a minimum of six (6) years’ experience performing similar role in a well-structured environment.
COMPETENCIES:
The ideal candidate must:
- Be highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Have working knowledge of Oracle material requisition systems.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and reading comprehension.
- Be experienced in conducting CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) surveys and resolving customer complaints effectively.
- Exhibit strong time management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
