We are looking for a highly motivated Recruitment Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for various clients, from understanding job requirements to placing qualified candidates.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about people, proactive, and results-driven.
Key Responsibilities
Handle full-cycle recruitment across various roles and industries.
Source candidates through online platforms, internal databases, referrals, and networking.
Post job adverts and manage applications on job boards and social media.
Screen, interview, and assess candidates to determine fit for client requirements.
Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with clients and candidates.
Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure hiring needs are met.
Build and manage candidate pipelines for current and future openings.
Prepare candidate reports, offer letters, and follow up on placement outcomes.
Provide market insights and salary benchmarks when required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1 year of recruitment experience, preferably in a recruitment agency or HR consulting firm or NYSC Corps member
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to source and engage top talent.
Ability to manage multiple roles and meet recruitment deadlines.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or any ATS is a plus.
