Responsibilities:




  • Promote and sell company estate offerings to potential clients in and around Port Harcourt.

  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, online platforms, and field marketing.

  • Convert prospects into paying clients and close deals effectively.

  • Conduct property tours, client presentations, and site inspections.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of all estate features, pricing, and legal processes.

  • Follow up with clients and provide post-sales support.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute effective promotional strategies.

  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.

  • Represent the company professionally at events, exhibitions, and property launches.



Requirements:




  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the real estate industry (minimum 2 years preferred).

  • Both Male and Female can apply.

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value deals.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking abilities.

  • Must be based in Port Harcourt or willing to relocate.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Familiarity with the Port Harcourt real estate market is a strong advantage.

  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and social media for lead generation.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (optional but preferred).
