Our client, a leading construction and real estate firm, is seeking to hire a highly efficient and proactive Administrative Manager
The Administrative Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, streamline administrative processes, and support both the construction and real estate teams.
The ideal role holder will bring structure, efficiency, and a solutions-driven mindset to help streamline workflows, improve internal processes, and enhance overall organizational productivity
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate administrative staff and daily office operations
- Manage document control, filing systems, and contract administration
- Support project documentation and ensure compliance with company standards
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and service providers
- Handle office budgets, procurement, and inventory management
- Maintain employee records and support HR-related functions
- Assist in organizing company meetings, site visits, and events
- Monitor administrative workflows and implement process improvements
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements
Person Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an administrative or office management role, preferably in construction or real estate
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with construction project management software is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
