Salary: ₦250,000+ Commission + Incentives



Key Responsibilities:




  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the entire sales team to drive consistent growth in sales performance.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed company revenue targets.

  • Supervise, mentor, and motivate the sales team to improve productivity, pipeline quality, and closing ratios.

  • Set and monitor KPIs for individual team members and oversee effective performance management.

  • Personally lead high-value deal closures and build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

  • Drive lead generation initiatives and conversion efforts across digital and physical channels.

  • Coordinate and represent the company at high-level client meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.

  • Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with sales objectives and track campaign ROI.

  • Maintain high standards of customer experience, ensuring repeat business and referrals.

  • Prepare and present periodic sales reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior management.



Requirements:




  • Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team supervisory role (real estate experience is highly preferred).

  • Exceptional ability to drive results, close deals, and coach others to do the same.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and highly organized, with a passion for driving performance.

  • Excellent digital and physical marketing capabilities.

  • Must reside on Lagos Island or be available to work from the Island daily.

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; additional certifications in sales or management is an advantage.
