Job Description
Salary: ₦250,000+ Commission + Incentives
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the entire sales team to drive consistent growth in sales performance.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed company revenue targets.
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate the sales team to improve productivity, pipeline quality, and closing ratios.
- Set and monitor KPIs for individual team members and oversee effective performance management.
- Personally lead high-value deal closures and build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Drive lead generation initiatives and conversion efforts across digital and physical channels.
- Coordinate and represent the company at high-level client meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with sales objectives and track campaign ROI.
- Maintain high standards of customer experience, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
- Prepare and present periodic sales reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team supervisory role (real estate experience is highly preferred).
- Exceptional ability to drive results, close deals, and coach others to do the same.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and highly organized, with a passion for driving performance.
- Excellent digital and physical marketing capabilities.
- Must reside on Lagos Island or be available to work from the Island daily.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; additional certifications in sales or management is an advantage.
