Salary: ₦600,000 Monthly Net



We are seeking an experienced Wealth Officer – Liability Generation to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by sourcing and managing high-net-worth clients, developing tailored financial solutions, and generating liability for the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within banking or fintech, with a proven ability to meet and exceed financial targets.



Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and implement strategies to grow liability through wealth management offerings.

  • Identify, prospect, and establish strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutions.

  • Conduct detailed financial assessments to understand clients’ goals, risk appetite, and investment preferences.

  • Recommend bespoke financial products and services that align with clients’ objectives and drive liability for the company.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (including finance managers) to ensure seamless delivery of services.

  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulatory developments in wealth management.

  • Meet or exceed revenue and client acquisition targets.

  • Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and other business forums to promote the brand and attract new clients.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and liaison between the firm and its clients.

  • Provide regular market and client feedback to the Asset Management team.



Qualifications & Experience



Education & Background:




  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.



Experience:




  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, liability generation, and business development within banking or fintech.

  • Demonstrated ability to source and retain high-net-worth clients and institutions.

  • Proven track record in meeting deposit mobilization and revenue targets.



Technical Skills:




  • Strong understanding of wealth management solutions, investment products, and financial markets.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).



Soft Skills:




  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.

  • Strong presentation and reporting skills
