Job Summary

• The Territory Security Supervisor plays a vital role in supporting the OSM in the effective management and oversight of security operations within his Cluster. 


• He provides first level external response to escalated situations from locations.


• Act as the second layer supervision of security operatives, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and maintaining high standards of service delivery. 


• The Compliance Executive acts as a liaison between the field operatives and the Office. 


• This external Supervisory category comes in 3 variants- depending on the Size of Territory (number of Clients & Operatives).

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with at least 4 years experience.
