Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure optimal productivity, quality, and safety.


• Analyze production processes and implement improvements to enhance output and reduce costs.


• Collaborate with maintenance, QA, and R&D teams to ensure seamless operations and address technical issues.


• Prepare production reports, maintain records, and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.


• Lead the implementation of lean manufacturing practices and preventive maintenance routines.


• Provide technical guidance and support to the production team, including training on standard operating procedures and safety practices.

Requirements

• B.Sc. or HND in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.


• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a manufacturing or industrial production environment.


• Strong knowledge of production planning, process optimization, and quality control systems.


• Proficiency in MS Office and production management software (ERP knowledge is an added advantage).


• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
