Overview




  • You will be responsible for sales functions for theplastic houseware range. 

  • You will be required to interact with customers for their order requirement and ensuring proper sales documentation. 

  • You also will be required to visit customers to understand their concerns, competition activities vs our product range and provide your inputs to improve overall sales.



key Responsibilities




  • Responsible for taking customer orders (phone and in-person) for allproducts.

  • Manages follow-up activities with existing and key customers to drive sales.

  • Handles the processing of sales order with the accounting team.

  • Liaises with the warehouse/ stores staff to arrange product supply for customers.

  • Keeps customers informed about new product introductions and price changes.

  • Gathers competitive pricing data for market analysis.

  • Engages in field visits to discuss sales with clients.

  • Contacts customers by phone for detailed product inquiries.



Desired Skills and Experience




  • Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree

  • The person should have 5-7 years of experience in sales.

  • Having knowledge of the Hausa language is an added advantage.

  • Candidates with work experience in the FMCG or Plastics industry will be given preference.
