About this opportunity!



We are currently searching for a Digital Solutions Domain Sales Manager to be part our team and lead our technical design and customer engagements at CxO/Director level with both our new and existing customer.

The successful candidate will partner with the Key Account Managers and Account Managers to help craft and lead from a technical perspective our Solutions. Will be working as Technical Domain specialist in BSS/OSS domain including Mediation, Charging, Billing, Orchestration, Assurance, Network Management, Cloud across multiple domains and accounts.



What you will do




  • Together with Account Manager drive all pre-sales engagement for Key Account Management team as a technology specialist.

  • Empowered to work at a strategic level identifying leads and opportunities as well as taking the role of end-to-end technical solution lead (CSR) in a specific engagement.

  • Participate in setting strategic direction and scorecard measures for the Domain and Customer Units.

  • Analyze and understand individual customer/client needs and architect a solution that uniquely fits those needs to respond to the customer challenges.

  • Conduct in-depth business focused discussions with customer and develop customer presentation and Perform value argumentation

  • Identify and pro-actively drive new business opportunities. Chip into business case development and present argumentation to C-level



You will bring




  • Minimum 10 years of experience

  • Have validated technical capability in IT transformation and Excellent Customer influencing skills specifically the ability to communicate technically the value of a proposed solution.

  • Have shown senior engagement experience within the telecommunications/IT industry and ability to demonstrate technical value and close deals.

  • Build positive relationships with decision makers by developing an extensive understanding of the customers overall business from a network evolution perspective.
