client, a fashion house, is seeking to hire an experienced Operations Manager to join its team. The role holder’s primary responsibility will be to oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations of our client’s business.



The role holder will be responsible for driving operational excellence, meeting customer expectations, and achieving business objectives.



Job Responsibilities:




  • Oversee and improve operation processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow.

  • Implement strategies to meet organizational goals and objectives.

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.

  • Identify areas for optimization and implement innovative solutions.

  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

  • Provide administrative support to various departments

  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents

  • Maintain and update various databases and spreadsheets such as customer information, inventory records

  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner

  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned



Person Specification




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or a related role

  • Minimum of 5 years proven experience in operations management, Administration or a relevant field

  • Experience in Fashion is an added advantage

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervisior
