Our client, a fashion house, is seeking to hire a competent and highly organized Factory Manager to oversee it production operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in garment manufacturing, team supervision, and quality control, with a deep understanding of fashion production workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the garment production floor to ensure timely and high-quality output.


• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff, including tailors, machinists, and quality control personnel.


• Ensure compliance with production timelines, design specifications, and quality standards.


• Monitor inventory levels of fabrics, trims, and production materials, and coordinate with procurement as needed.


• Implement and maintain health, safety, and compliance standards across the factory.


• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.


• Collaborate closely with the design and merchandising teams to align production with creative direction and market demand.

Person Specification:

• Bachelor's degree / HND in Sciences, Business Administration or a related field 


• 2-5 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Supply Chain Management. 


• Knowledge of procurement best practices, supplier management, and cost-saving strategies. 


• Good analytical and financial skills to assess pricing and budget impact. 


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for supplier and stakeholder management. 


• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
