Our client, a leading construction and real estate firm, is seeking to hire a highly efficient and proactive Executive Personal Assistant (PA) to support its Managing Director. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing executive-level administrative support, managing schedules, handling confidential information, and ensuring the seamless operation of the office.



Job Responsibilities




  • Managing and overseeing the MD’s daily schedule, meetings, and travel arrangements.

  • Serving as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal and external stakeholders.

  • Handling confidential documents, correspondence, and reports with discretion.

  • Coordinating and preparing presentations, reports, and meeting minutes.

  • Conducting research and providing strategic administrative support.

  • Organizing and maintaining records to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Assisting in project management and office operations to enhance workflow.

  • Performing other administrative and executive support tasks as assigned.



Person Specification




  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BSc/HND) in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role in a professional corporate environment.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in the construction or real estate industry is an added advantage.

  • High level of professionalism and ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
