We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Exhibition Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning, organizing, and managing all aspects of trade show events and exhibitions.
- Highly organized individual with excellent communication and project management skills, capable of coordinating multiple events simultaneously.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure that each event aligns with the company's strategic objectives and brand image.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of trade show events, from initial planning and budgeting to execution and post-event analysis.
- Responsible for selecting appropriate venues, negotiating contracts, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Coordinate logistics, including booth design, setup, staffing, and dismantling, ensuring a seamless and professional presentation at each event.
- Proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation in event management practices.
- Analyse event performance metrics, gather feedback from attendees and stakeholders, and implement strategies to enhance future events.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to ensure the company's trade show presence remains competitive and impactful.
- Interact with internal teams, external vendors, event organizers, and attendees.
- Adept at problem-solving, able to handle unexpected challenges calmly and efficiently, and committed to delivering exceptional experiences for all participants.
- Proven track record of successfully managing trade show events, demonstrating the ability to meet deadlines, manage budgets effectively, and achieve measurable results.
- Excellent negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with event management software and tools, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, is highly desirable.
- Contribute significantly to the company's marketing and sales initiatives, enhancing brand visibility and driving business growth through strategic event management.
- Shaping the company's public image and fostering meaningful connections with customers, partners, and industry professionals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing trade shows or similar events.
- Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
- Ability to travel frequently and work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Proven track record of successfully managing budgets and achieving event objectives.
