Key Responsibilities :




  • Assist in project planning, site inspections, and coordination of property development activities.

  • Conduct market research and feasibility studies for new and ongoing projects.

  • Support the business development team in client engagement and sales strategies.

  • Learn and apply real estate regulations, valuation principles, and property management best practices.

  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.

  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders.

  • Participate in training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 0-2 years of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

  • Basic knowledge of real estate/property development is an advantage.

  • Enthusiasm to learn and grow in a fast-paced industry.
