The Lead Service Project Specialist would be responsible for project management, Outage planning and coordinating activities typically in the context of a production or services project to fulfill a customer order or need according to financial / commercial parameters and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Supervising, organizing and executing of a service project, including scope, time, contract (if not covered by a dedicated Contract Manager) cost & quality management.
Working together with high level people from the business and specifying needs. communicates about project approach and presents outcomes of research done.
Handling standardized project processes.
Handling diverse clients in a region.
Working based on predefined contracts and frameworks.
Developing an operational year plan for the own department activities.
Suggesting improvements in products, processes, and procedures.
Supporting KS ITO during change orders negotiation with the customers.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Services Project Management or equivalent services
Have completed NYSC or have an exemption certificate.
Be a motivated self-starter with a result-oriented mindset and an ability to engage and influence multiple stakeholders.
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Be available to travel for customer’s meeting.
Have proven experience in project management in gas services demonstrating effective problem identification and solution skills.
Have the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously and the ability to influence others and lead small teams.
Have the ability to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
