Job Description
- We're looking for a Product Marketer to lead positioning, messaging, and go-to-market efforts for our business banking solutions targeting enterprise customers.
- In this role, you'll craft compelling narratives, enable sales teams, and drive the successful launch and adoption of new features across key verticals.
- You'll work closely with Product and Sales to help enterprise businesses understand the value of our products and convert strategic opportunities into long-term wins. If you’re a hands-on marketer with fintech or B2B experience and a strong grasp of enterprise buyer behaviour, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Develop clear, differentiated messaging and positioning for each product within our business banking suite
- Tailor messaging strategies for specific enterprise verticals and ensure consistency across all customer-facing content
- Own go-to-market strategy and execution for new enterprise products and features.
- Partner with Product and Sales to launch and scale new offerings to specific enterprise prospects.
- Train Account Managers to effectively position and sell our products to large businesses.
- Collaborate on custom pitches and value narratives, and create sales decks, pricing guides and playbooks
- Track competitive offerings and market gaps to inform product positioning, sales strategy and opportunities for new product or features
- Run win/loss analyses and customer interviews to uncover insights on enterprise decisions
- Highlight key proof points that demonstrate product value to enterprise audiences.
Requirements
- 5+ years in product marketing, ideally in fintech, or enterprise B2B
- Proven track record of launching and scaling enterprise-focused products or features.
- Good understanding of enterprise buyer behaviour and vertical-specific messaging.
- Hands-on experience creating go-to-market plans, sales tools, and marketing collateral.
- Data-driven and able to turn insights into strategy
- Familiarity with enterprise banking, payments, POS, or financial operations
- Excellent project management and execution skills
Desired Skills and Experience
